Purchased a Simpliglide Flymo 31 May

Competitively priced and delivered relatively quickly - albeit slower than advertised with unreliable tracking information.

After using twice I was not happy with the product's performance and contacted Charlies twice for advice

Product does not hover, sucks grass into the motor cavity, overheats and cuts out.

No reply whatsoever - not good, and would not buy from Charlies again

I ordered more mugs to cover a broken one and though prices were higher I still ordered more. Delivery was as it said it would be and the mugs were well packaged.

Dear Charlie's, Iwas very pleased with my sleeping bag which I got from you recently but I was disappointed with my Lady Bainsford boots which I got a couple of months ago. They looked just like the pair I had for 2 years but the soles were SO THIN!! I could feel every stone. I don't wear them now. Can I send them back? I have a delivery note as my step daughter got them on her Amazon account under the name of nicola, to my address.
